Tech Support Prove it! USB support doesn't work ColorBlind for USB has been upgraded to 1.5.3 for Windows and as 1.5.1(usb) for Mac, however ColorBlind is not shipping this version yet. We have these files for you to download from our remote techsupport site. . Procedure: MACINTOSH click here for Windows 1 Macintosh: You must download the USB driver from our Prove it! download portal - click here. 2 Both of these files are self-extracting or can be unstuffed with free software from MindVision. However, most Mac users have some version of StufIt on their systems and Mindvision software may not be necessary.
Prove it! should recognize that you have installed the Prove it! Meter USB in the Instruments menu of the application. Otherwise select it. The program should function normally at this point.
